Very Well Attended 2025 Canons Careers Fair.

Our Careers Fair this year was aimed at our Year 9, 10, 11 and Sixth Form students and ran all day from 9:00 in the morning until the middle of the afternoon.

A very large amount of companies, organisations, colleges and universities  came along, set up their stands and spent many hours chatting, introducing and explaining what they had to offer and what our students could gain from them.

This type of large event involves an equally large amount of organising, in this case by our Careers & Business Links Manager, Mrs N O'Sullivan. Huge congratulations and thanks to her for making it all happen.

In return, she would like to thank all of our visitors for their time and cooperation in making this careers fair such a success. We know our students found it very interesting and eye-opening.

She would also like to thank our Media Resources Leader, Mrs S Rawlings, for her help, knowledge and experience in arranging this type of event; our IT Team for getting everything linking, working, projecting and running as it was needing to be: our wonderful Site Team for all the setting up, and clearing away; and last but not least, to Mr S Newton, our Business Manager who consistently provides quiet yet unwavering support, helping with everything and being there the entire day.
