Entering the Next Stage of Their Education.

Also starting the next stage of their education this Autumn Term were our latest cohort of Sixth Form students.

The vast majority of these young men and women had been sitting their final GCSE exams with us just before the summer, and many were caught up with again in August when they came back into school to collect their all important results. As is always the way, we witnessed many different emotions from them as their results envelopes were opened and the contents confirmed their paths ahead.

On that first day back with us in September as Year 12 Sixth Form students, our new Director of Sixth Form, Ms J Smith, welcomed them, impressed upon them our high expectations of them in their far more independent and mature roles but also ensured they were aware of all the help, guidance and support which we will be able to offer them. A bright future is in their hands.
