Year 13 Leavers Brunch
Farewell to our Year 13 Leavers!
April 6th | Mr Ade and Ms Strat
The Leavers Brunch was a really lovely way to mark the end of the year and celebrate our leavers together. It had a relaxed, happy feel, with lots of chatting, laughter, and a chance for everyone to spend some time together before heading off in different directions.
A feast set up and ready for our leavers!
It was great to see students catching up with friends and teachers, sharing memories and talking about what’s next. A few mentioned how much they’ve enjoyed their time here and the people who’ve made it special, which was really nice to hear. There were lots of small moments that made the morning memorable, groups taking photos together, plenty of smiles, and just a general sense of everyone making the most of their last time together as a year group.

Looking back at their old photographs...
Great backdrop for photographs!
A highlight of the morning was the awards, with lots of students being recognised. These ranged from more formal achievements, such as Students of the Year (Ishan & Iqra), to some fun and light-hearted awards like “Most Likely to Become an Influencer” (Jaymin & Dunni), which brought plenty of laughter.
Leavers shirts weren't a requirement, but our students chose to creatively decorate theirs - making sure they left space for it to be filled with farewell messages!

Thank you to the KS5 team, especially Miss Jesani, who put so much time and effort into making the Leavers Brunch feel really special for everyone involved.

A few messages from our KS5 Team to our Year 13 Leavers...
Ms Halai: I hope you leave here not just with your qualifications but with fondness at all the memories that you have made with your fellow students and staff here. Some of you will have made lifelong friendships. I wish you all the success in your exams and hope one day you will come back and see us and make us proud again!
Mrs O'Sullivan: Good Luck, Year 13! You made it—through deadlines, exams, and the occasional “I’ll start revising tomorrow.” You’ve certainly been a year group that has kept me very busy (and firmly in a job!) over the past two years. As you head off to university, apprenticeships, or work, remember no one really has it all figured out, and that’s completely fine.
Mr Ade: As you head into your next chapter, remember that everything you’ve experienced here has helped shape who you are now. Take that confidence with you into your exams and beyond. We’re excited to see where your journeys take you and hope you’ll keep in touch along the way.
