Reward Trip to the Cinema!

A group of our Year 7 students enjoyed a well-deserved reward trip to the Cinema and Nando’s in recognition of their outstanding effort and conduct.

December 17th | Mr Evans

A group of our Year 7 students recently enjoyed a well-deserved reward trip to the cinema and Nando’s in recognition of their outstanding effort and conduct.

Our Year 7 Star Students!

The trip celebrated students who achieved zero behaviour points alongside those with the highest achievement points, highlighting our commitment to recognising positive behaviour and hard work. Students were treated to a private screening of Zootropolis 2, with the cinema reserved exclusively for our school.

A private screening? Treated like Canons Celebrities for a day!

This special experience made the reward even more memorable and allowed student, they were excited to sit where ever they wanted. Following the film, students visited Nando’s for lunch, where they continued to represent the school exceptionally well.

Students chose their meals in advance, so there would be no difficult decisions on the spot!

Their excellent manners, politeness, and respectful behaviour did not go unnoticed — members of the public and staff commented positively on how well-behaved the students were throughout the visit.

Can you spot Ms Balani?

The trip was a fantastic success and a credit to the students involved. They demonstrated maturity, responsibility, and pride in their school, making this reward thoroughly deserved. We are incredibly proud of them and hope this experience motivates others to strive for the same high standards.

Thank you to Head of Year 7, Mr Evans and the KS3 Student Services Team for planning this reward for our students. It was truly well deserved!
